USERS service for enaio®

Apart from enaio^® appconnector (OSRest), you can use the USERS service for enaio^® (REST API). The technology stack is entirely new: it is a scalable, cloud-ready microservice, intended for large systems. Our long-term goal is to extend this REST API step by step, so that it will have similar features to enaio^® appconnector (its status has been set to "deprecated" as of version 10.0).

One of our goals is to create separate services with a functional orientation that contribute to better clarity, are easier to maintain and offer optimal possibilities for scaling. Accordingly, the USERS service for enaio® focuses on the topics around enaio® users, user groups and user-specific configurations such as system roles and hit list configuration. Information about enaio® workflow users is currently only available via the enaio® appconnector.

Like the DMS service for enaio®, the USERS service will also be gradually developed by us and will be used by the enaio® webclient itself.
